Have you been to Norton Green Market yet?
2nd Saturday every month from 9:00am till 2:00pm at Red House Junior School near the Duck Pond.
Free entry (sorry no dogs allowed on site due to school premises)
Over 20 local and independent businesses attend, selling local produce including Bread, Fruit, Vegetables, Norton Honey from Steve’s Bees, Jams from Norton’s own Jamporium, Lacey’s Cheese, Cassies Kitchen legendary Scotch Eggs, LoveSome Rapeseed Oil, Cakes including Norton’s The Gingerbread Mam to name a few! Specialist food businesses like Manns Vegan Scran, offering gluten free and vegan food or maybe a taste of Indian from Namaste Nima. Then there is also Beauty including soaps, Home Fragrance wax melts, Jewellery, Pottery, Crafts, Woodwork, Crochet & Knitted Items and so much more!
The market is both inside (ramp available not suited to mobility scooters) and outside in the school playground.
There are regular traders at every market, but always something new which makes every market unique and worth a visit. The market also welcomes community groups for FREE and has seen attendance by Norton Heritage Group, Headlight Project, 1st Norton Scouts, Norton Clean Up Your Act, Teeswildlife, Barefoot Kitchen Apple Pressing to name a few.
